October

October is a railroad town in November County, Northland Prefecture, Centralia. With a population of about 12,000 October is the largest community in the Northland Valley region.

October is also notable as the only community in Centralia where Halloween is observed year-round.

Geography

October is located in northern Centralia, at the junction of Northland Valley Pike (C-96) and Marissa Jacqueline Highway (C-8), just south of the mountain range marking the border between Centralia and Mumuland. The town is served by the Northland Valley Railway.
