Named for the Peridot River, Peridot Prefecture covers much of southeastern Centralia. The prefecture is bounded by the Peridot River to the north, the central mountain range to the west, the Mumuland border to the south, and the Discordantia border to the east. The largest city in Peridot Prefecture is Riverside, with a population of about 200,000.
