Colerain

The City of Colerain is one of two major cities making up the Capital Area of Centralia, alongside Queen City, the national capital.

Colerain is most famous as the location of The University of Centralia's flagship campus.

Geography

Colerain lies at the confluence of the Gloucester River and the Leawood River.

Colerain is generally considered to mark the west edge of the Capital Area, with the Polyamory Circle Pike running through the center of the city.

• Alicorn Systems -- corporate headquarters of a prominent Centralian tech company
• Colerain City Hall -- major landmark infamous for having a walled-off section said to be haunted
• The University of Centralia at Colerain -- main campus of Centralia's largest public university
  • Howell's University Market -- independent grocery store serving the University District
• Wendy Darling Children's Hospital -- largest children's hospital in Centralia
