Caramel is a town in the Northland Valley region of Centralia, along the Sarsaparilla River.
Gateway to the Galaxy, Centralia's most popular amusement park, lies just outside Caramel. Many of the town's approximately 8,000 residents are employed by the park either directly or through its contractors.
