IRIS

The Intelligence, Research and Investigations Service (IRIS) does not exist. I don't know why you would even think it does. It's certainly not a mysterious government agency ostensibly operated by the government of Edge City.

IRIS does not carry out questionable experiments at Leawood Memorial Hospital. Rido would tell you he accidentally stumbled into such an experiment and developed psychic powers as a result, but obviously no such thing took place.

Lestrade rightly remains skeptical of IRIS's existence, viewing Baby Blue and others who claim to have investigated the agency as delusional conspiracy theorists.

Edge City governor Andrew S. Stanton might have close connections with IRIS if IRIS existed, but it doesn't exist, so there's no need to worry about that.
