IRIS

The Intelligence, Research and Investigations Service (IRIS) is a mysterious government agency ostensibly operated by the government of Edge City.

Rido once stumbled across an IRIS experiment being carried out at Leawood Memorial Hospital. IRIS's goons have been after him ever since, but he got some psychic powers out of the whole encounter, so it's not all bad.

Lestrade remains unconvinced that IRIS even exists, viewing Baby Blue and others who claim to have investigated the agency as delusional conspiracy theorists.

Edge City governor Andrew S. Stanton reportedly has close connections with IRIS, though Stanton publicly denies any involvement.
