Dawn Serlylight is the lead vocalist of Zeor rock band The Strawbs (FRZ).

Dawn lives in Sterling Township in Union County, where she attends Jessica Fletcher Memorial High School, alongside her bandmate AJ Ravenswood. Her older sister, Noel Serlylight, is a student at the Zeoria Institute of Technology in Bowling Green.

Appearance

Dawn has an overall petite build, often leading her to be mistaken for a middle school student. (People expect her to be annoyed by this, but she really just thinks it's funny.) Her straight, dirty blonde hair is cut relatively short. Her usual outfit consists of a hoodie over a wrinkled men's dress shirt pulled out of the bottom of her dresser drawer at random.

Personality

Dawn has a particular interest in cars. She spends much of her free time performing automotive repairs and maintenance for people around Sterling Township in an effort to save up enough money to buy a car of her own. In the meantime, her father is happy to let her borrow his vintage 1960s pickup truck, which he keeps in functional (if ugly) condition.

Musical career

As a singer, Dawn is noted for her rough, raspy voice. People who have listened to her music but not seen her photo have often mistaken her for a young man with a long history of smoking cigarettes. Dawn's schoolmate Hybris has expressed concern that she may be damaging her voice by singing that way, but Dawn insists that her raspy singing voice is her natural voice and not an affectation.
