Princess Jeanette Plaza is a convention center and office complex in the Sherbet Shopping District of Queen City, Centralia. Known during construction as Queen City Centre, the plaza was constructed in phases from 1988 onward, with the first completed portion, the convention center, opening to the public in June 1992, when it was officially named for Princess Jeanette.
Since 1999, Fahrenheit 99's studio facilities have been located at Princess Jeanette Plaza.
