Theodora is the democratically-elected president of The Federal Republic of Zeoria. She is often referred to simply as Madame President.
Despite her childlike appearance, President Theodora is regarded as one of the most reasonable and competent heads of state in the region. Of course, the other leaders are Princess Alice and Supreme Leader Malice, so that may not be saying much.
