The Asterians are celestial bodies that have attained consciousness. The name Asterian derives from the Greek aster, meaning "star".
Incarnation
Asterians possess the ability to incarnate as physical beings to interact with other sentient life. To date, all Asterians known to have come to Earth have assumed the appearance of young human women or girls.
- Schoolboy: If you're a magical alien from another galaxy, why do you look like a human girl?
- Princess Alice: Because I'm cute this way! Is there something wrong with looking like a human girl?
Abilities
Asterians have demonstrated expansive supernatural power, seemingly able to manipulate reality at will. Some Asterians, including Princess Alice, have claimed to be literally omnipotent. This claim is, of course, impossible to meaningfully prove or disprove.
