The Royal Cow is a cow who is somehow royalty. That's about it.

The Royal Cow usually lives in the Royal Barn on the Princess's palace grounds in Queen City, but sometimes they stay at the Hotel for Cows instead...usually when the Royal Barn has been damaged by the Princess's antics.

Not to be confused with Imicow, who is not actually a cow, but a human (...we think?) who enjoys wearing cow-spotted clothing.
