The Academy of the Blue Rose at Alta Xanthia–Alba Sideria 1 , commonly known as the Blue Rose Academy, purports to be as an elite private boarding school for the best and brightest students throughout Centralia, Discordantia, and Zeoria. In reality, it is a child recruitment facility for IRIS.
Minerva Park, then known by her birth name Minerva Slaughter, was accepted to the Blue Rose Academy after completing an online application she had mistaken for an anime-themed personality quiz. Minerva, whose favorite anime were all about "super special super schools for super special kids", was ecstatic to enroll. At age 13, she became the youngest Blue Rose Academy student and the youngest IRIS operative. Minerva's best friend at the academy was an upperclasswoman known only as Bravo.
