Caramel is a town in the NorthlandValley region of Centralia, along the SarsaparillaRiver.

Caramel is notable as the town nearest the GatewayToTheGalaxy amusement park. Many of the town's approximately 8,000 residents are employed by the park either directly or through its contractors.
