Tabitha Diane Woodruff (code name Seether) is the Internal Director of Information, Operations and Training of the Discordantian Unified Marshals Brigade, more commonly known as the Discordantian Secret Police.

Officially, Woodruff reports directly to Supreme Leader Malice, though in practice, she more often takes orders from the so-called Prime Minister of Discordantia, Agathe Lilith Black.
