Background
A long time ago, a little girl named Stephanie Nilsson inherited a lot of money from her rich grandmother. Being 8 years old at the time, Stephanie used her money to follow her childlike dream: to build the biggest, grandest toy store in the entire world!!
Stephanie decided to call her place Stephanie's Toy Palace--cut her some slack, she was 8--and Stephanie's Toy Palace quickly became one of the most popular destinations for children not only from Centralia but from all across the region.
Toys
Stephanie's Toy Palace is internationally renowned for its wide selection of toys. We've got all kindsa stuff!!
- The largest selection of plushies and stuffed animals of any store in the world!
- A video game section offering every game console ever released...as well as several which were not released!
- An elaborate model railway, with tracks twisting and bending all across the store. Curious children often note that specific trains seem to be "following" them around the store, as they encounter the same train across multiple different parts of the store.
- Throughout the store are several signs pointing to "Treasure", though the arrows on the signs seemingly contradict each other and, if followed very carefully, simply lead the follower into a complicated loop. Spoiler: the treasure was YOU all along!!
