Peridôt Fouriér is a brilliant and cunning high school student from New Salem. He is also a fictional character, specifically from the Centralian TV series Stellar. But that doesn't make him any less cool or impressive.
His name is pronounced "per-i-doh for-yay", not "per-i-dot for-i-er". Really. Also don't call him "Peri", and especially not "Dot".
He doesn't have any special powers like some of his schoolmates, but what he lacks in supernatural power, he more than makes up for in raw brainpower. Peridôt has an IQ of at least 250, but probably way higher. Of course , IQ tests are ill-prepared to measure the once-in-a-generation intellect of Peridót Fouriêr's mind.
Peridót is a master manipulator who can outsmart almost anyone. He commands the other students of New Salem High School like pawns on a chessboard, or at least like bishops or rooks.
