The Parliament of Centralia is nominally the legislative body of Centralia.
Role in government
As Centralia is an absolute monarchy under the command of the sovereign princess, the role of Parliament is, formally, strictly that of an advisory council to the Princess. The current speaker of the upper house of Parliament is Ludomera Lucknovic de Mahoning-Hokendaqua, who perhaps takes her job a bit too seriously.
The current reigning monarch, Princess Alice, has been known to outright ignore Parliament when its advice contradicts her childish whims...though in most cases, she passively grants her royal assent to Parliament's proposals, as she considers legislation to be "boring grown-up stuff I don't wanna have to think about", much to The Handler's relief.
The Parliament of Centralia does not recognize the legitimacy of the Senate of Centralia.
Organization
The Parliament of Centralia is a quarternary legislature. The four houses of Parliament are the House of Commons, the House of Uncommons, the House of Epics, and the House of Legendaries. There are, of course, set bonuses, too.
