Ciaran is a fictional character in the Centralian supernatural teen drama series Stellar, played by actress Bethel Morse.

Ciaran professes to be the most powerful witch in the world, having made a pact with the Forces of Darkness—whoever they are—to attain "power beyond that of any mortal human". She is the leader of a cult known as The Gold Ties, so named for their "uniform" of a black dress shirt with a gold tie. Her followers are primarily young apprentice witches, who serve as a loosely organized magical militia to enforce Ciaran's will upon the students of New Salem High School. The cult's objective is to strip Stella Winterborn of her magic, as they interpret her prophecy as promising not the salvation of humanity, as commonly assumed, but its downfall.

On one occasion, a gang of Gold Ties stormed the New Salem High School library and abducted Laura Aashto, magically "puppeting" her to walk with them after she refused to move from her seat.

The climactic episode of Ciaran's arc reveals that she, in reality, has no magical power whatsoever. As a fledgling witch, she did indeed make a pact with the Forces of Darkness, but the terms of the contract were deliberately deceptive, resulting in Ciaran losing all her magic but gaining a preternatural charisma and a deep intuition for cult leader dynamics. She went on to recruit young witches to do her bidding, in the hopes of stealing Stella Winterborn's extremely potent magic ability for herself.
