October is a railroad town in November County, Northland Prefecture, Centralia. With a population of about 25,000, October is one of the largest communities in the NorthlandValley region. October is also notable as the only community in Centralia where Halloween is observed year-round.

Geography

October is located in northern Centralia, at the junction of NorthlandValleyPike (C-96) and MarissaJacquelineHighway (C-8), just south of the mountain range marking the border between Centralia and Mumuland.
