Roosevelt Aashto is a fictional character from the Centralian TV series Stellar. As a prominent private detective in the 1980s, he investigated The Inquisitors and attempted to infiltrate their ranks.
The episode "Aashto to Ashes" revealed that Roosevelt, after infiltrating The Inquisitors, cut contact with his family for fear of their safety, subsequently establishing Roy's Diner ("Roy" was Cassandra's pet name for him) in New Salem as a means of keeping close watch over Laura without her knowing about his past.
