Serenity Circle is a district in downtown QueenCity. The Circle immediately surrounds the grounds of PrincessAlice's official residence, the PalaceOfSerenity, from which it takes its name.

Transportation

On-street parking in Serenity Circle is heavily restricted, requiring a special permit typically not issued to private individuals. Public parking is available in two multi-story parking garages located at rail and bus transit hubs. A royal decree issued by PrincessJeanette prohibits the construction of surface-level parking lots within Serenity Circle.

Public Safety

The Queen City Metropolitan Police maintains a dedicated Serenity Circle division. Because of the district's small size, officers assigned to the Serenity Circle typically patrol on foot or by bicycle. Two police cruisers are assigned to the district, but are rarely used.
