What is this?

A long time ago, in a boring place called Ohio, an autistic nerd named Central Avenue got bored and made up a country, with herself as its omnipotent, immortal ruler. For some reason, all her friends decided to play along, and pretty soon they had a collaborative worldbuilding project on their hands. And so Centralia was born!
