Oddly, any time one of the [[Princesses]] ends up interacting with a civilian police officer, it is almost always Jennifer Payne, regardless of which police agency is involved. The princesses have encountered Payne working for municipal police services (such as in QueenCity and [[Havensborough]]), the Royal Highway Patrol, and even the park rangers division of the Centralian [[NationalParks|National Park Service]]. Neither the princesses, nor Payne herself, have ever commented on how strange this is, even though it's pretty darn weird, if you ask me.
