[[Lestrade]] remains unconvinced that IRIS even exists, viewing [[Baby Blue]] and others who claim to have investigated the agency as delusional conspiracy theorists.

Edge City governor [[Andrew S. Stanton]] reportedly has close connections with IRIS, though Stanton publicly denies any involvement.
